Personal photography

Visitors are permitted to take photographs and videos for personal use, including social media content, provided that photography does not obstruct walkways, entrances or business operations, other visitors' privacy is respected, photography is conducted safely and responsibly, and no damage is caused to property, landscaping, artworks, signage or tenant spaces.

Commercial photography and filming

Commercial photography, videography, filming, content creation, brand shoots, advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, media productions, and anything intended for commercial gain are prohibited without prior written approval from Nine Yards Management. This includes professional photo shoots, fashion and lifestyle campaigns, product photography, brand collaborations, commercial video productions, television, film or media shoots, and drone photography or videography.

Drones

Drones may not be flown within or above Nine Yards property unless authorised in writing by Nine Yards Management and all relevant aviation regulations and permits have been obtained.
