Nine Yards is a design-focused precinct on the corner of Jan Smuts Avenue: bespoke food, wellness, lifestyle, art and culture in a walkable, welcoming setting.

The Nine Yards block, the Garden Shop, Lumley House and Rosebank Office Park sit side by side between 1st Avenue East, Jan Smuts Avenue and Chesterweg.

SB Concierge has proposed IAMNet, a wireless network built for the precinct that patrons, shops and businesses sign up to. It is a proposal. It is not live at Nine Yards.
